Sam brings an extensive background in health and fitness, beginning with a high-performance career as a competitive showjumper.

Backed by over 11 years of experience, knowledge, discipline, and dedication to athletic performance, Sam has evolved into a coach driven to inspire, guide, motivate, and educate. Over the past four years, she has specialised in training equestrian riders, helping them build strength, stability, and balance both in and out of the saddle and is now extending her coaching to support everyday individuals looking to achieve their health and fitness goals through sustainable, lifestyle focused strategies.

She'll help you achieve any goal by teaching the Pillars of Performance: Movement, Exercise, Recovery, and Nutrition, while keeping your training consistent, focused, and aligned with your lifestyle and habits.
