I started my journey in performance coaching through the equestrian world, but over time, my passion has evolved into something bigger: helping everyday people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health—without extremes.
Through years of working with incredible clients, I saw the need for a space where real results could be achieved through realistic training, simple nutrition, and a mindset-first approach. That’s what CSS is all about—empowering you to transform your body, mindset, and lifestyle in a way that fits your life, not someone else’s.
I believe in coaching that supports you as a whole person, not just a number on the scale or a gym session on a calendar. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building confidence, strength, and habits that last.

THE COACH BEHIND CSS
MY JOURNEY
I’ve worn a few hats over the years—competitive showjumper, equestrian coach, and now fitness and nutrition coach. I still proudly run Castello Park Equestrian, where I’ve spent years training riders and competing across the East Coast at national level events. I’ve been lucky to work with some truly amazing clients in the equestrian world—riders who are dedicated, driven, and continually inspire me with their commitment to becoming better athletes for their horses. On my own competition horses, one of my biggest achievements was placing 9th overall at the 2022 Australian Showjumping Championships—a result that came on a self produced horse from a baby all the way up to the higher levels of the sport. Since then, I have had some exceptional young horses that I have started and produced up the levels to then sell on and find their next competition riders.
That experience shaped how I coach today: with intention, structure, and a deep understanding of how physical and mental strength go hand in hand. I know what it takes to work toward something meaningful, and more importantly, how to help others do the same—whether that’s building confidence under a barbell or showing up consistently for your health goals.
I bring the same performance mindset to CSS—rooted in empathy, practicality, and a genuine drive to see you succeed, on your terms.

Fitness has become my lifelong passion—and now, I’m proud to help others build strength, confidence, and lasting results. After years of trying different training styles, I struggled to find a balanced, sustainable approach that truly made me feel good—physically and mentally. Through trial and error, I discovered that combining strength, mobility, and endurance training was the key to feeling strong, capable, and energised in everyday life. Now, I help others do the same—no matter their starting point.
After years of coaching equestrian riders and seeing firsthand how tailored training can transform performance and confidence, I wanted to create a space. By earning my Certificate in Fitness and Nutrition, I’m now equipped to help everyday people build sustainable habits that improve their body, mindset, and health—no matter their starting point. That’s why I started Coach Sam Sant: to guide you on a real, achievable path to lasting transformation.
