What kind of coaching do you offer?
I offer 1:1 online coaching, hybrid coaching (online + in-person), and face-to-face personal training, combining fitness, nutrition, and mindset to help you feel confident and in control.
Do I need to be fit and know my way around a gym to start?
Not at all! My programs are built for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. We start at your pace and build from there.
How long do I need to work with a trainer?
I recommend committing to at least 12 weeks to see meaningful results and build sustainable habits—but the longer we work together, the better the outcomes. Real transformation takes time, and ongoing support helps you maintain momentum, adjust as life changes, and continue progressing with confidence.
I am busy and can’t commit to 5 days a week - What can I do?
That’s totally okay! My programs are flexible and designed to fit into busy lives. Even training 2-3 times a week consistently can deliver great results. We’ll tailor your plan around your schedule, so you get the most out of every session without overwhelm. Quality over quantity is key!
Can I do your programs at home?
Yes! Many clients train from home or the gym. I design workouts that suit your space, equipment, and preferences.
