Hi 👋🏼 I’m Samantha Sant—the founder of CSS and your coach for real, sustainable transformation.

I started my journey in performance coaching through the equestrian world, but over time, my passion has evolved into something bigger: helping everyday people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health—without extremes.

Through years of working with incredible clients, I saw the need for a space where real results could be achieved through realistic training, simple nutrition, and a mindset-first approach. That’s what CSS is all about—empowering you to transform your body, mindset, and lifestyle in a way that fits your life, not someone else’s.

I believe in coaching that supports you as a whole person, not just a number on the scale or a gym session on a calendar. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building confidence, strength, and habits that last.

Born from a passion for performance and shaped by years of experience coaching equestrians, CSS now reaches out to support everyday people in building sustainable routines that strengthen both body and mind.

We’re here to educate, guide, and support you toward long-term success—no extremes, no all-or-nothing plans, just real progress that lasts.

OUR WHY

Fitness has become my lifelong passion—and now, I’m proud to help others build strength, confidence, and lasting results. After years of trying different training styles, I struggled to find a balanced, sustainable approach that truly made me feel good—physically and mentally. Through trial and error, I discovered that combining strength, mobility, and endurance training was the key to feeling strong, capable, and energised in everyday life. Now, I help others do the same—no matter their starting point.

After years of coaching riders and seeing firsthand how tailored training can transform performance and confidence, I wanted to create a space. By earning my Certificate in Fitness and Nutrition, I’m now equipped to help everyday people build sustainable habits that improve their body, mindset, and health—no matter their starting point. That’s why I started Coach Sam Sant: to guide you on a real, achievable path to lasting transformation.

FAQ’S

  • Payment will be made via direct debit fortnightly through Stripe.

  • We all live busy and active lives, so the fitness programming is there to seamlessly fit into your routine. Each workout will take approx. 45min -1 hour.

  • 2-4 weeks is a great starting point to see results and make progress but we recommend staying longer term to continue building your strength and endurance and push you towards your goals.

  • That is what I am here for! I will be there with you every step of the way to help you on the journey through scheduled check ins, exercise how to’s and daily messaging support.
